This notice covers the enquiry forms and WhatsApp links on uk.alwalaaoman.com. It is written in plain words; if anything is unclear, message the UK line and we will explain.

Who we are

What we collect

What you type into the form: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, the budget band you choose, and any home, purpose or timing preferences you select. We also record the page you sent the form from and any campaign tags in the link you used, so we know which page or advert brought you. We do not ask for, and do not record, your religion, ethnicity or any other special-category information.

Why we use it

To send you the units you asked for, to arrange your call, and to follow up on your enquiry about property in Oman. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form or by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Where it goes

Your details are stored in our customer relationship system and are seen only by Alwalaa's advisory team in Muscat and on the UK line. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with other companies for their marketing. We pass a unit enquiry to a developer only when you ask us to reserve a unit or request its documents, and only the details that request needs.

How long we keep it

For as long as your enquiry is open and for up to two years after our last contact with you, after which it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or you become a client, in which case the records of your purchase are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can withdraw your consent, ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time: message the UK line on +44 7988 997641 or email uk@alwalaaoman.com. We reply within one working day. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
